About Ausarian Tantra Yoga
The Self, in Kemetic lore, is embodied,
expressed and portrayed through the spiritual icon Ausar. Ausar has
creative, renewal and before and afterlife attributes and
connotation. Tantra refers to the rarefying of elemental energies
looming, weaving or coursing throughout one’s physical being for
purposes related to Self-realization. Specifically, Ausarian Tantra
Yoga is a systemic body of technique related to Self- realization
which the ancient people of Kemet preserved and disseminated in the
personage of Ausar and other associated neters. Self-realization is the synergetic result of internalizing an elixir of spirit cultivating technique. The elixir of Ausarian Tantra Yoga is based on Ausarian lore and technique implicated in the papyrus of Ani and other Kemetic scriptures. Ausarian Tantra Yoga is an eclectic regimen consisting of dynamos such as meditation, rejuvenating calisthenics and specialized breathing techniques.
